The initial 20 minute telephone consultation is free

Subsequent sessions are fixed at £55 per session

I offer some sessions at a reduced fee for those on benefits, low income and full time counselling trainees

I currently don't accept payment through insurances

Sessions are online (via Zoom) each week for 50 minutes and will take place on the same day and time each week 

Any queries you may have can be discussed at our initial consultation before any commitment is made for further sessions
